It’s gyros time guys!! Tzatziki on your pita bread, fries on the side, headphones on and let’s hit queue time! Let’s get started.
Ingredients
- 300 gr yogurt strained
- 1 cucumber
- 3 gloves garlic
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt and pepper
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber and grate with a cheese grater. Put it in a bowl with a pinch of salt and 1tbsp vinegar and set it aside for 5 min.
- Meanwhile combine the rest of the igredients in a bowl and mix untill smooth and creamy.
- Get the cucumber and squeeze with your hands to release any remaining liquid. You don't want the liquid in the sauce.
- Stir into mixture. Add pepper and adjust salt according to taste.
- And that's it, ready for your gyros.
