Tzatziki the Greek

It’s gyros time guys!! Tzatziki on your pita bread, fries on the side, headphones on and let’s hit queue time! Let’s get started.

Ingredients
  

  • 300 gr yogurt strained
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 gloves garlic
  • 3 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel the cucumber and grate with a cheese grater. Put it in a bowl with a pinch of salt and 1tbsp vinegar and set it aside for 5 min.
  • Meanwhile combine the rest of the igredients in a bowl and mix untill smooth and creamy.
  • Get the cucumber and squeeze with your hands to release any remaining liquid. You don't want the liquid in the sauce.
  • Stir into mixture. Add pepper and adjust salt according to taste.
  • And that's it, ready for your gyros.
