Red chilli peppers stuffed with cream cheese and cheddar rolled in crispy bacon stripes. A rogue’s snack for sure.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 chilli peppers
  • 12 stripes bacon
  • 12 tsp cream cheese
  • 50 gr cheddar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven at 220°C
  • Cut chilli peppers horizontally and try not to cut off the pepper stalk but seperate it too, so both pieces will have a "handle".
  • In a bowl mix your cream cheese with cheddar. With a tea spoon fill in the chilli peppers ,then roll them in a bacon stripe.
  • In an oven pan add a baking sheet , place the peppers and bake for 15 min.
  • Serve them with you favorite sauce or even solo!
