Tortilla Cheesy Cone
The best recipe to enjoy if you like cheese and fries! Golden fries topped with chedaar sauce in a crispy tortilla cone.
TORTILLA CHEESY CONE
Ingredients
- 4 tortilla wraps
- 500 gr crispy fries
- 400 ml Cheddar sauce
- 200 gr bacon
- 1 tsp Fresh herbs chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 220°C.
- Cut your tortilla in half and roll them in a cone shape. Keep them in place by piercing a toothpick between the two edges.
- Place then in an oven pan with a baking sheet. Put them like traffic cones. Get your bacon in there too. Bake till crispy.
- Bake for 5-7 min and let them rest so they get crispy.
- Meanwhile prepare your crispy fries and cheddar sauce.
- Cut you bacon in any shape of your preference and cook in a frying pan in medium heat untill crispy.
- Get your cone and fill it with the fries. Top it with your cheddar sauce, chopped crispy bacon and fresh herbs.
