Potato Salad
A different salad that can also be a side in many dishes. Potatoes, mayo, onion slices, lemon juice, freshly ground pepper and chives.
Potato Salad
Ingredients
- 5 medium potatoes
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 20 ml lemon juice
- 1 onion in slices
- 1 pinch freshly ground pepper
- 20 gr salt
- 1 gr fresh onion in slices
- 10 gr chives in slices
Instructions
- Peel and cut each potato in 4 pieces. Transfer them in a bowl and add water to cover them. Heat up to high heat. When water starts to boil, put a timer for 25 minutes.
- Remove the potatoes to a big bowl and smash them with a spoon till they bacome a chunky puree. Add all the other igredients in give a good mix.
- It's reccomended to refridgerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
