Ingredients
  

  • 1 burger bun
  • 200 gr ground beef
  • 3 bacon stripes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Get a pan and and preheat at medium heat.
  • Add the bacon in and start cooking untill fat is melted and you have "bacon juices" in your pan. Remove bacon from the pan.
  • Form 2 meatballs about 100gr each. Genlty push with your palm so that 2 patties are shaped then season both sides with salt and pepper. Add them in the pan and cook for 2 min each side. Remove them and add the burger bun for a quick toast.
  • After removing the bun, add some sunflower oil in the pan and make a sunny-side up egg.
  • Assemble that beauty by spreading mustard on the bottom bun, tomato slice, 2 patties, bacon, egg, spread mustard on the top bun and cover. Let the egg create that creaminess and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr pasta (of your choice)
  • 330 ml tomato juice
  • 250 gr ground beef
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 cloves garlic diced
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp freshly ground pepper

Instructions
 

  • Get a pot and add water. Add salt and bring it to boil.
  • Get a second pot and add a bit of olive oil and let it get hot at medium heat. Add the carrot and the onion, salt and pepper. Cook untill they start to get "soft".Add the tomato juice, water and sugar. Let it cook at medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Stir frequently.
  • While your sauce is cooking add your pasta to the first pot. Cook for 6-7 min. (You will cook extra 2-3 minutes in sauce). Drain the pasta.
  • After 15 minutes of cooking the Napoli sauce, add it to a blender. Pulse till smooth. ( You can always strain it after to avoid any chanks that were not cutted from the blades).
  • In a pan add the ground beef by cutting it in small pieces with your hands. Cook at medium high heat untill beef is golden, then add the sauce and the pasta and cook untill a smooth glazed pasta dish!
  • Serve with freshly ground pepper on top and enjoy!
