Who doesn’t love cookies? Make your own chocolate soft cookies and havea delicious all day snack!
Soft Cookie
Ingredients
- 150 gr butter
- 150 gr brown sugar
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 190 gr baking powder
- 200 gr chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix the butter and sugar together using an electric whisk or hand whisk until very light and fluffy, then beat in the egg and vanilla.
- Fold in the flour, baking powder, chocolate and ¼ tsp salt as quickly as you can.
- Preheat oven at 160℃. Put a baking sheet in an oven tray
- Divide the mixture into balls. Add them on the tray and bake for 8-10 minutes.
