Pulled Pork Burger

Juicy pulled pork, bbq sauce, pickles and caramelized onions is what you need. You will need some time for this but the results will reward you. Let’s cook.
Pulled Beef Burger
Ingredients
- 1 burger bun
- 250 gr pork shoulder
- 1 pickle
- ½ onion sliced
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch sugar
- 2 tbsp bbq sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 160℃.
- Rub your pork shoulder with olive oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Wrap it with a baking sheet and cook for one hour.
- Remove it from the oven and raise the oven temperature at 200℃. Unwrap the pork and cook for 30 min.
- Cut the pickles in slices. Cut the onion in slices. In a pan add the onion, worcestershire sauce and a pinch of sugar. Cook untill caramelized. Cut the bun in half and toast it. Spread 1 tbsp bbq sauce in each bun.
- Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5 min. Put on gloves and start pulling. Enjoy !
