Easy fall off bone oven baby back ribs with BBQ sauce glaze. An amazing dish for every occasion. Slow cook this beauty to perfection and blow everyones minds. Let’s make it!
Pork Spare Ribs
Ingredients
- 1 kg baby pork back ribs
- salt
- pepper
- 100 gr Barbeque Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 135℃.
- If the ribs still have the thin membrane covering the back of the rack, remove it.
- Season both sides with a generous amount of salt an pepper. Lay the ribs in an oven tray with the meat side facing up. Cover the tray with aluminium foil and bake for 2-2:30 hours.
- After 2+ hours remove the ribs and discard the aluminium foil. Raise the temperature of the oven to 220℃, brush bbq sauce both sides and grill it for 4-5 minutes untill the sauce is glazing!
