Philly Cheesesteak
Ingredients
- ½ french baquette
- 250 gr steak
- 1 onion sliced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 5 tbsp cheddar sauce
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet to high heat.
- Get the butter in and let it melt. Add the steak and cook untill both sides are brown. Remove the steak to a tray.
- Get your onion in and cook till soft.
- Meanwhile prepare your cheddar sauce.
- Cut your steak in slices and tranfer it into the skillet with the onions. Add the cheddar sauce and mix.
- Remove the cooked mixture. Cut your baquette open and toast it in the same pan for 1 min.
- Fill it in with your cheesy steak and there you have it! You can top it with some fined choped herbs of your preference.
