Ingredients
  

  • ½ french baquette
  • 250 gr steak
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 5 tbsp cheddar sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat a skillet to high heat.
  • Get the butter in and let it melt. Add the steak and cook untill both sides are brown. Remove the steak to a tray.
  • Get your onion in and cook till soft.
  • Meanwhile prepare your cheddar sauce.
  • Cut your steak in slices and tranfer it into the skillet with the onions. Add the cheddar sauce and mix.
  • Remove the cooked mixture. Cut your baquette open and toast it in the same pan for 1 min.
  • Fill it in with your cheesy steak and there you have it! You can top it with some fined choped herbs of your preference.
