PESTO PASTA
Fresh basil, grana padano, pine nuts, garlic and olive oil. In 10 minutes ready to be served. No pan needed. You just need a bowl.
Pesto Pasta
Ingredients
- 500 gr pasta (of your choice)
- 100 gr olive oil
- 100 gr basil leaves
- 100 gr parmesan cheese
- 1 cloves garlic
- pepper
Instructions
- Get a pot and add water a salt. Bring to boil and add pasta. Cook for 10 min.
- Add olive oil,basil leaves and pine nuts in a chopper blender. Pulse for 10 seconds.
- Add the parmesan cheese and pulse again untill all the igredients combine.
- Get the pesto sauce in a big bowl. Grab pasta staight form the pot and add in the sauce. Mix well and serve !
