Red pepper sauce, freshly chopped herbs and your favorite pasta. Easy 1 pan recipe. If you like peppers you will love this recipe.
Creamy Pepper Pasta
Ingredients
- 500 gr pasta (of your choice)
- 50 gr butter
- 10 peppers choped
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh herbs chopped
- 300 ml water
Instructions
- Get a pot, add water and salt. Bring to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 10 minutes.
- Get a second pot and add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the peppers and start cooking at medium heat. Cook untill the peppers starts to get soft then add 300 ml water, salt and pepper. Let it cook at medium heat untill you have 1/3 of the water.
- Add the sauce in a chopper blender with 50grams of cold butter. Pulse in high speed for 2 minutes untill a smooth result.
- Get the sauce back in the pan with the pasta and mix well. Top this with freshly chopped herbs of your choice. Enjoy!
