Simple and fast dessert. One of the easiest deserts you can make. Light sweet milky flavor topped with berries compote.
Pana Cotta
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup milk
- 2 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 shot mastic
- 35 gr gelatine
Instructions
- Pour milk into a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin powder over milk and stir until combined.
- Stir heavy cream and sugar together in a saucepan. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil.

- Remove the pan from the heat and stir vanilla and mastic in.
- Seperate the mixture in 6 individual glasses and set aside to cool down.
- When they are at room temperature, cover tightly with gelatine and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
