Coming straight from the village life, a traditional greek dish. Tomato scrambled eggs and sausage topped with feta cheese and oregano. Let’s cook!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 200 gr sausage in slices
  • 100 gr feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp tomato juice
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch oregano

Instructions
 

  • Get a pan and preheat it at medium-low heat. Add the sausage in slices and cook until golden and fat oil comes out.
  • Meanwhile add the eggs in bowl, 1 tbsp milk, 2 tbsp tomato juice salt and pepper and whisk.
  • Add the mixture in the pan and start whisking so that the eggs cook evenly.You dont want them to cook and get dry, you want a smooth creamy result. Add sausage back in and serve immediately.
  • Top with feta grated feta cheese and oregano.
