If you are a morning person this is your sauce. Classic hollandaise sauce perfect for every brunch meal.
Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp warm water
- 8 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
- Get the egg yolks ,warm water,lemon juice,mustard and salt in a bowl and whisk till they combine.
- Transfer the bowl over a bain marie and start whisking.
- Keep whisking for about 3 min or untill the sauce starts to get thick.
- Remove from fire and start adding the melted butter in a string flow.
- Ready to serve!
