Ingredients
  

  • egg yolks
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp warm water
  • 8 tbsp melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Get the egg yolks ,warm water,lemon juice,mustard and salt in a bowl and whisk till they combine.
  • Transfer the bowl over a bain marie and start whisking.
  • Keep whisking for about 3 min or untill the sauce starts to get thick.
  • Remove from fire and start adding the melted butter in a string flow.
  • Ready to serve!
