Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp hollandaise sauce
  • 1 slice bread toasted
  • 1 slice ham
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Start by preparing the hollandaise sauce.
  • Get a pot, add water, salt and white wine vinegar. Get it to boil
  • When water is boiling get a whisk and start whisking untill you create a "tornado".
  • Crack the eggs just in the centre of the tornado and let them cook for 1 min. The speed of the water will make the egg-whites to "hug" the egg yolk and the vinegar will help the whites to stay stuck on the yolk.
  • While they cook toast a slice of bread
  • With a spider spatula remoce the eggs to a paper towel to get rid of the water.
  • Toast bread in plate, add the ham and the eggs. Then top with the hollandaise sauce and herbs of your choice. Good morning!
