Corn Dogs
Simple fast and tasty recipe for every foodie out there! Golden and fluffy sausages to make every gaming night perfect!
CORN DOGS
Ingredients
- 6-8 Frankfurt sausages
- 220 gr four
- 210 gr corn flour
- 1/4 tbsp baking soda
- 35 gr sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 360 ml milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 Lt sunflower oil
Instructions
- Preheat the sunflower oil at 180°C.
- Cut the sausages in the middle and put them on sticks. Should look like lollipops.
- Get all the dry igredients in a big bowl and mix them.
- In the same bowl add the eggs and milk . Mix untill you have a smooth mixture.(butter)
- Get a lollipop and dip it in the "butter". Make sure you cover it from all sides well so it wont crack open while frying.
- Fry about 2-3 min untill golden. Make sure you mix while frying so they get an even cooking.
- Remove to a drying paper to get the excess oil. Serve them with ketchup and mustard or any sauce of your preference.
