Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Frankfurt sausages
  • 220 gr four
  • 210 gr corn flour
  • 1/4 tbsp baking soda
  • 35 gr sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 360 ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Lt sunflower oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the sunflower oil at 180°C.
  • Cut the sausages in the middle and put them on sticks. Should look like lollipops.
  • Get all the dry igredients in a big bowl and mix them.
  • In the same bowl add the eggs and milk . Mix untill you have a smooth mixture.(butter)
  • Get a lollipop and dip it in the "butter". Make sure you cover it from all sides well so it wont crack open while frying.
  • Fry about 2-3 min untill golden. Make sure you mix while frying so they get an even cooking.
  • Remove to a drying paper to get the excess oil. Serve them with ketchup and mustard or any sauce of your preference.
