Ingredients
  

  • 100 gr chicken breast or thigh in slices
  • 200 gr lettuce chopped
  • 5 baby tomatoes cutted in half
  • 2 tbsp canned corn
  • 2 tbsp canned beans
  • 1 large flour tortilla
  • 3 tbsp ceasar's dressing store bought
  • 30 gr parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven a 170℃. When it's up to the temperature add the tortilla in for 3-4 minutes. Remove the tortilla and fold it in a small bowl so that it will take it's shape as cooling down.
  • In a non stick pan add a drizzle of olive oil and cook the chicken slices for 5-7 minutes or untill chicken is golden seared outside and juicy and tender inside.
  • Use the tortilla as a plate to build your salad in.
  • Enjoy!
