Cheeseburger
Double smashed ground beef, onion, pickle, cheese and mayo in toasted brioche bun. A classic and one of the most famous burgers all around the world. Super fast to make and super tasty.

Ingredients
- 1 burger bun
- 200 gr ground beef
- 2 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 pickle sliced
- 2 tbsp mayo
- ½ onion sliced
Instructions
- Get a non-stick pan add a drizzle of olive oil and preheat it.
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper only. Form 2 meatballs about 100gr each and cut the onion in thin slices.
- When the pan is nice and hot add the beef and gently push with a spatula so that the meatballs gets flat. Cook for 2 min then add the onion on top of the patty and flip it carefully. Add cheese on top and cook for another 2 min or untill the cheese is melted.
- Remove the patties, cut you bun in half and toasted in the same pan for about 1 min each side.
- Assemble the burger and enjoy!
