Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr cheddar grated
  • 300 ml whole milk
  • 4 tbsp all purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Add the flour in a pan along with the milk and brind to a boil.
  • Add the cheddar and whisk regularly until the cheddar melts completely and there is a smooth, thick sauce.
  • There you have it. Easy right?
