Ingredients
  

  • 100 gr chicken breast or thigh in slices
  • 4 bacon stripes
  • 5 baby tomatoes cutted in half
  • 200 gr lettuce chopped
  • 50 gr parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp caesar's dressing store bought

Instructions
 

  • Start by gathering all the igredients. In a big bowl add the lettuce,baby tomatoes,croutons.
  • Heat up a non-stick pan and add the bacon stripes in till crispy. Remove them from the pan and cut them up.
  • In the same pan add a drizzle of olive oil and add the slices of the chicken. Cook for 3 min each side or untill they are golden seared and juicy and tender inside. (At 5 minutes of saute, grab a chicken bite and cut it open to check if it's done)
  • Add dressing, bacon, chicken, parmesan in the bowl and mix well.
  • Enjoy!
