BLT BURGER
One of the most famous burgers all around the world. Simple,fast and delicious. The bacon,lettuce,tomato combo is a must. Double patty, melted cheese, juicy tomato, crispy bacon and mayo just can’t go wrong.
BLT Burger
Ingredients
- 1 burger bun
- 200 gr ground beef
- 3 stripes bacon
- 1 slice tomato
- ½ leaf lettuce
- 2 slices cheese (of preference)
- 2 tbsp mayo
Instructions
- Get a pan and preheat it at medium heat. Add the bacon and let it cook till golden brown. It should bring out it's oil.
- Remove the bacon and in the same pan add the cutted burger bun and toast the inside sides for 1 min. Then remove.
- Raise the heat to medium-high. Form 2 meatballs about 100gr each. Push them gently with your palm and give them a few "love taps" untill 2 patties are formed. Season them with salt and pepper.
- Pan must be ready and hot, add a drizzle of oil then add the patties. Cook first side fro 2 min, then flip and add cheese on top. Cook for another 2 min or untill cheese is melted.
- Assemble this beauty. Enjoy!
