Bechamel Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 100 gr flour
  • 100 gr butter
  • 1 Lt milk
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 100 gr parmesan

Instructions
 

  • Cut your butter in dices and get them in a pot in medium heat.
  • Once the butter is melted add the flour and start whisking untill you got a brown mixture.
  • Add milk, salt and pepper. Whisk a bit and let it cook for 5-6 min or untill the sauce gets tougher.
  • Remove from fire and add the parmesan. Mix once again and your bechamel is ready to be added to many delicious dishes.
