Bechamel Sauce
Creamy, buttery and delicious ! So simple and so fast to make.
Bechamel Sauce
Ingredients
- 100 gr flour
- 100 gr butter
- 1 Lt milk
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp pepper
- 100 gr parmesan
Instructions
- Cut your butter in dices and get them in a pot in medium heat.
- Once the butter is melted add the flour and start whisking untill you got a brown mixture.
- Add milk, salt and pepper. Whisk a bit and let it cook for 5-6 min or untill the sauce gets tougher.
- Remove from fire and add the parmesan. Mix once again and your bechamel is ready to be added to many delicious dishes.
