Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Whisk flour and eggs together in a large mixing bowl, gradually add in milk and water, stirring to combine. Add salt and melted butter and beat until smooth.
  • Heat an nonstick pan in medium heat and poor mixture just in middle. Lean the pan so that the mixture goes everywhere and covers the whole pan.
  • Cook in medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
  • And there you have it! Ready crepes to be filled with your creativity.
