Amatriciana is like carbonara but you swap the eggs with tomato. Guanciale, tomato juice, parmesan and chilli pepper flakes.

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr pasta (of your choice)
  • 330 ml tomato juice
  • 250 gr guanciale or pancetta or bacon diced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 pinch chilli pepper flakes (optional)
  • 100 ml water or broth
  • 200 gr parmesan cheese grated

Instructions
 

  • Get a pot and add water & salt. Bring to a boil ,then add the pasta and cook for 7 min. ( We will cook for extra 2-3 min in the sauce). Then drain the pasta.
  • In a cold pan add the guanciale or pancetta or bacon. Cook untill all the fat from the pork is melted and the pork is a nice golden brown color.
  • Add the chilli pepper flakes (optional), tomato juice, salt ,pepper and water or broth.
  • Cook at medium heat untill the sauce starts to glaze. Add pasta in and cook for about 2-3 minuntes.
  • Add grated parmesan cheese in the pan and give a couple stirs. Serve hot!
  • Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • cup milk
  • 2 ½ cups  heavy cream
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 shot mastic
  • 35 gr gelatine

Instructions
 

  • Pour milk into a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin powder over milk and stir until combined.
  • Stir heavy cream and sugar together in a saucepan. Set over medium heat and bring to a boil.

  • Remove the pan from the heat and stir vanilla and mastic in.
  • Seperate the mixture in 6 individual glasses and set aside to cool down.
  • When they are at room temperature, cover tightly with gelatine and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 burger bun
  • 200 gr ground beef
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 pickle sliced
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • ½ onion sliced

Instructions
 

  • Get a non-stick pan add a drizzle of olive oil and preheat it.
  • Season the ground beef with salt and pepper only. Form 2 meatballs about 100gr each and cut the onion in thin slices.
  • When the pan is nice and hot add the beef and gently push with a spatula so that the meatballs gets flat. Cook for 2 min then add the onion on top of the patty and flip it carefully. Add cheese on top and cook for another 2 min or untill the cheese is melted.
  • Remove the patties, cut you bun in half and toasted in the same pan for about 1 min each side.
  • Assemble the burger and enjoy!
