Ingredients
  

  • 1 bread ring
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 gr mozzarella grated
  • 20 ml olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Start by cutting the bread ring open. Fill in the ring with grated mozzarella.
  • Get a pan and heat up in medium heat. Add the olive oil in pan and crack the eggs in the middle. Cook in medium hit untill the cheese is melted and eggs are perfectly cooked.
  • To perfect the eggs, lean the pan a bit so that the oil come down in one edge, with a spoon get oil and throw it over the eggs. Repeat the process untill the results you want.
  • Season and serve!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 burger bun
  • 200 gr ground beef
  • 3 bacon stripes
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice tomato
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

Instructions
 

  • Get a pan and and preheat at medium heat.
  • Add the bacon in and start cooking untill fat is melted and you have "bacon juices" in your pan. Remove bacon from the pan.
  • Form 2 meatballs about 100gr each. Genlty push with your palm so that 2 patties are shaped then season both sides with salt and pepper. Add them in the pan and cook for 2 min each side. Remove them and add the burger bun for a quick toast.
  • After removing the bun, add some sunflower oil in the pan and make a sunny-side up egg.
  • Assemble that beauty by spreading mustard on the bottom bun, tomato slice, 2 patties, bacon, egg, spread mustard on the top bun and cover. Let the egg create that creaminess and enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 500 gr sausage with spicy filling
  • 5 peppers
  • 1 onion diced
  • 330 ml tomato juice
  • 100 ml water
  • 1 pinch chilli pepper flakes
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut the sausage in small bites. Get a pan and add it in. Cook in medium high heat untill it's golden and oil fat is on the pan.
  • While the sausage is cooking cut the peppers in thick slices and dice the onion.
  • Remove sausage from the pan to a bowl. Add the peppers in and cook untill they start to become soft. Add the sausage back in and top it all with the tomato sauce. Add salt, pepper,chilli pepper flakes and water. Let it cook for 15 minutes in medium heat.
  • You want a thick result not a soup so if at 15 minutes you still got plenty of liquids just let it cook for a couple more minutes.
