Chicken Taco Bowl
An eye catcher for sure! This easy chicken taco bowl salad is perfect for any barbeque or party day!
Chicken Taco Bowl Salad
Ingredients
- 100 gr chicken breast or thigh in slices
- 200 gr lettuce chopped
- 5 baby tomatoes cutted in half
- 2 tbsp canned corn
- 2 tbsp canned beans
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 3 tbsp ceasar's dressing store bought
- 30 gr parmesan cheese grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven a 170℃. When it's up to the temperature add the tortilla in for 3-4 minutes. Remove the tortilla and fold it in a small bowl so that it will take it's shape as cooling down.
- In a non stick pan add a drizzle of olive oil and cook the chicken slices for 5-7 minutes or untill chicken is golden seared outside and juicy and tender inside.
- Use the tortilla as a plate to build your salad in.
- Enjoy!
