Smashed Burger

Double smashed ground beef, melted cheese,juicy tomato and coleslaw salad. It’s just super easy and fast to make. One pan only needed. Let’s cook!
Smashed Burger
Ingredients
- 1 burger bun
- 100 gr ground beef
- 1 slice tomato
- 2 slices swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp coleslaw salad
Instructions
- Get a skillet, add a drizzle of olive oil or butter and preheat at medium heat.
- Prepare your coleslaw salad while the pan is getting hot.
- Make 2 meatballs about 100gr each. Add them in the pan and push them gently with a spatula. Cook for 2 min then flip and add cheese on top. Cook untill cheese is melted (about 2 min )
- Remove the patties from the pan and add your burger buns. Toast them both sides. Assemble that beauty ! Enjoy.
