Ingredients
- 500 gr cheddar grated
- 300 ml whole milk
- 4 tbsp all purpose flour
Instructions
- Add the flour in a pan along with the milk and brind to a boil.
- Add the cheddar and whisk regularly until the cheddar melts completely and there is a smooth, thick sauce.
